Men's Triple Matrix Carbon Fiber X-Tall
We are sometimes asked for extra length canes for extra tall men and this is one of the best offerings available. The Triple Matrix pattern in combination with a black soft touch Derby handle on the cane offered here is a great looking combination, and the carbon fiber construction adds the strength necessary for a 42" extra-length cane. This cane is a fixed length tapered shaft design, but it can be shortened to your specification (keep in mind that canes which have been cut to length are not returnable).
