We gladly accept the return of any of our products for any reason within a 30 day period, so long as the returned products have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in anyway whatsoever, and in the original packaging if said packaging is indigenous to the sale of the product as a new item. We cannot accept the return of items that have been cut to length at the customers request. In order to make a return to us, you should merely contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone (940) 321-7117, with identification of the purchased item that you wish to return, including the date you purchased it, the order or invoice number, and state the reason for the return. If you did not like the color of the item, then tell us "I did not like the color."
As soon as we get the item and it passes our inspection to ensure that the item has not been used, altered, damaged or changed, then, we will credit your credit card or Pay Pal Account in the amount previously charged and collected for the item less shipping costs. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping and you bear the risk of any damage or loss prior to our receipt of the returned item.
